在 聖托里尼 這個夢幻的 希臘 小島居住的第二年，終於有一家好吃又健康的早午餐，且咖啡豆是聖島唯一一家使用 雅典 當地獨立烘豆師新鮮烘出的豆子，不像其他咖啡館都是使用義大利的工廠大品牌，早午餐光看菜單就可以看出他們的用心，不僅儘量使用新鮮當地食材，醬料或料理也都是手作，減少不健康的添加物，甚至是當地少數沒有賣可樂和雪碧的餐廳，取而代之的是他們自制的姜蜜氣泡飲和噶氣泡飲（添加了新鮮小黃瓜和後花園薄荷葉）
