英語複試經典提問總結
英語是很多考研人心頭的痛，尤其在面試這樣一個需要自我發揮的情境下。

開場白
作自我介紹時，最好不要用…let me introduce myself briefly / please allow me to introduce myself to you等句子，重複、囉嗦，而且這樣說的同學很多，考官聽多了，未免太俗。
開頭可以只用一句話引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here.然後就可以進入主題，介紹姓名、年齡等等。
Good morning. I am very glad to be here for this interview. My name is xuhaobo, and my English name is Jacky Lee. I've finished my undergraduate education in XidianUniversity, Majoring in Electronic Science and Technology in the college of Technical Physics.
性格，愛好，特點，經歷
你的個性對你報考的專業有何積極的作用。如果報考的是研究性、應用性更強一點的專業，可以說自己負責(responsible)、可靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。
除了強調你對學習的重視，同時也要避免給考官一種“書呆子”的感覺。一般可以從體育、音樂、電影等方面來說，同時要簡單說明這些愛好對你的積極意義(build my body, relax myself, open my mind…)。
I am open-minded, willing and have broad interests like basketball, reading and especially inengineering such as software programming, website design, hardware design.
Forexample, during the past four years, I have accomplished two websites: one is the website of our school, and the other is the website of the doctor forum of China 2007. Furthermore, I am interested in C plusplus programming languageand have written some application programs. In July of last year, I finished mygraduate project with flying colors, which was a software application about Image Process. In addition, I have also finished some projects about embedded system by using MCU when I was a junior.

傳統面試問題5問
- What can you tell me about yourself?(關於你自己，你能告訴我些什麼?)
In high school I was involved in competitive sports and I always tried to improve in each sport I participated in. As a college student, I worked in a clothing store part-time and found that I could sell things easily. The sale was important, but for me,it was even more important to make sure that the customer was satisfied. It was not ong before customers came back to the store and specifically asked for me to help them. I'm very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best.
分析：這一問題如果面試沒有安排自我介紹的時間的話。這是一個必問的問題。考官並不希望你大談你的個人歷史。是在尋找有關你性格、資歷、志向和生活動力的線索。
- What would you like to be doing five years after graduation?(在畢業以後5年內你想做些什麼?)
I hope to do my best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager, I am planning on that also.
分析：你要清楚你實際上能勝任什麼。
- What is your greatest strength?(你最突出的優點是什麼?)
I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I'd planned. I've set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor's thesis.
分析：這是很多面試考官喜歡問的一個問題，這是你“展示自己”的最佳機會，不要吹噓自己或過於自負，但要讓老師知道你相信自己，你知道自己的優點。
- What is your greatest weakness?(你最大的弱點是什麼?)
I'm such a perfectionist that I will not stop until a job is well done.
分析：你不應該說你沒有任何弱點，以此來回避這個問題。每個人都有弱點，最佳策略是承認你的弱點，但同時表明你在予以改進，並有克服弱點的計劃。
- How do you feel about your progress to date?(對於你至今所取得的進步你是怎樣看的?)
I think I did well in school. In fact, in a number of courses I received the highest exam scores in the class. As an intern for the X Company, I received some of the highest evaluations that had been given in years.
分析：絕不要對你以前的所作所為表示內疚。
