lose sleep 失眠，lose sleep over sth 固定搭配，可用來表述一個人因某事而感到擔憂、愧疚，有壓力從而失眠。這個表達常以否定形式出現來勸說人們不要有太多壓力。
Don't lose sleep over it. Everything will be just fine.
別因為這事兒睡不著覺，會好起來的。
