這句中式英語（Chinglish）早已深入人心，為國人所熟知，成了人們懟人時的常用語。
而且美國俚語字典Urban Dictionary（城市詞典）都已經收錄了。
但是，大家請注意：
這裡明確說了它是Chinglish哦~~
所以這就意味著，這種表達歪果仁很可能聽不懂。
那你想要反駁對方的時候，豈不是白說了？

它的意思是：要麼你上，要麼閉嘴！
其英文釋義是：
If you say someone should put up or shut up, you mean that they should either take action in order to do what they have been talking about, or stop talking about it.
這句話言簡意賅，霸氣度和“你行你上啊！”有得一拼，但似乎還是少了一點那種質疑和挑釁的味道。

talk the talk 代表只會用嘴說，
walk the walk 可以理解成付諸於實際行動
這句話就是：不要光耍嘴皮子，實幹才行。
不過這句話有點太長，霸氣度大大降低。

意思是：讓我們看看你做一個更好的。
這句話充滿挑釁，戲謔的味道，“你這麼厲害，肯定能做更好咯！”
