这句中式英语（Chinglish）早已深入人心，为国人所熟知，成了人们怼人时的常用语。
而且美国俚语字典Urban Dictionary（城市词典）都已经收录了。
但是，大家请注意：
这里明确说了它是Chinglish哦~~
所以这就意味着，这种表达歪果仁很可能听不懂。
那你想要反驳对方的时候，岂不是白说了？

它的意思是：要么你上，要么闭嘴！
其英文释义是：
If you say someone should put up or shut up, you mean that they should either take action in order to do what they have been talking about, or stop talking about it.
这句话言简意赅，霸气度和“你行你上啊！”有得一拼，但似乎还是少了一点那种质疑和挑衅的味道。

不过这句话有点太长，霸气度大大降低。

意思是：让我们看看你做一个更好的。
这句话充满挑衅，戏谑的味道，“你这么厉害，肯定能做更好咯！”
