构成：主语+had+过去分词（规则/不规则）+其他
1 肯定句：We had had dinner before they came home.
2 否定句：We had not had dinner before they came home.
3一般疑问句： Had you had dinner before they came home?
Yes,we had./No,we hadn’t.
4特殊疑问句：When had you had dinner?
时间状语： By (the time of)+时间段
