Message from the Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Dali Cityto Foreign Nationals in Dali
To cope with the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Dali City launched the highest-level (level one) public health response. Comprehensive deployments on prevention and control have been orderly made. The Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Dali City hereby sends the following message to the foreign nationals living and traveling in Dali：
01 Follow the government social media accounts for the latest updates
Please follow the WeChat accounts by searching "人民日報" & "雲南發佈" and official accounts of local authorities to obtain the latest updates of the disease.Besides, Don't make up or spread any rumors. People’s Hospital of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture and No.1 People’s Hospital of Dali City are designated hospitals by the health committees of Dali Prefecture and Dali City. If any relevant symptoms appears, please go to the hospitals mentioned right away.
02 Keep good personal hygiene
Please keep good personal hygiene habits. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow when coughing or sneezing. Clean hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub.
Please wear a surgical mask when going out and dispose the used mask to the designated garbage bin.
Please keep the room clean and open the window for fresh air from time to time.
Please avoid unprotected contact with wild or farm animals. Cut eating cold and undercooked food. Have thoroughly cooked food and drink more hot water.
03 Reduce or avoid outdoor activities
Please avoid crowded areas, and cancel parties, group dinners and other group activities.
04 Check health condition regularly
Please measure body temperature on a regular basis. When such symptoms as fever, cough, difficulty in breathing, or general weakness occur, please wear a surgical mask and seek medical care right away at designated hospitals.
05 Be responsible and cooperative
In case of recent visit to affected areas or having contact with people from these areas, please report to the local CDC as early as possible. Then heed personal health more, stay at home for ample rest and reduce outdoor activities. Please support and cooperate with the government, community or medical staff for health information inquiries and collection.

致在大理市外籍人士的倡議書
針對近期新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，大理市啟動了重大突發公共衛生事件I級響應，各項疫情防控工作有序開展。在此，我們倡議：
一、及時關注權威信息發佈
請關注“人民日報”“雲南發佈”微信公眾號及本地區官方權威發佈，獲取新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方權威信息通報，不造謠不傳謠。大理白族自治州人民醫院、大理市第一人民醫院為州衛健委、市衛健局指定的定點收治醫院，如您有相應症狀，可前往就診。
二、做好自我防護
保持良好的個人衛生習慣，咳嗽、打噴嚏時務必使用紙巾或肘部捂住口鼻，注意勤洗手。外出時佩戴醫用防護口罩，規範投放廢棄口罩。注意居所衛生，適當開窗通風。避免接觸任何野生動物或禽類動物，減少生冷食物攝入，食用熟食，多喝熱水。
三、減少外出活動
避免前往人員密集場所，暫停聚會、聚餐等群體性活動。
四、定期自測體溫
若出現發熱、咳嗽、胸悶、乏力等症狀，第一時間佩戴醫用防護口罩到定點醫療機構就診。
五、參加聯防聯控
如果近期曾赴訪疫情高發地區，或接觸過這些地區的人員，請第一時間向大理市疾控部門報告，同時密切注意身體狀況，多居家休息，少外出活動。當政府、社區和醫療機構人員做疫情防控登記詢問時，請予以理解支持並配合做好工作。
