全球石化產業的大格局正在形成
下文專家觀點分享節選自傅向升副會長於2018年8月在全國石油和化工行業經濟形勢分析會上的發言《目前的形勢與任務--2018石化全行業經濟運行分析報告》。
全球大座標看：近幾年呈現出『343』的分化與大格局態勢，第一個『3』是『三熱』，即亞太、中東、美國，這是煉化產業發展最快的三大區域；『4』是指『四冷』，即歐洲、非洲、南美及前蘇聯地區，這4大區域的煉化產能一直處在停滯與萎縮狀態；另一個『3』暫且定義為『三強』，即美國、歐洲、中國，當然中國離石化強國還有較大的差距。
這三強區域不僅世界500強中石化公司較多，而且併購重組頻頻出手、大動作不斷，初現未來世界石化產業『三足鼎立』的大格局，美國是杜邦陶氏的先合併再拆分，合併後再按專業細分分拆為新材料（新陶氏），生命科學（Coteva）、專用化學品（新杜邦）3家專業性公司，主業更突出，核心競爭力更強；
歐洲是BP、殼牌、朗盛、贏創等強手如林，拜耳又並併購孟山都，將再誕生一家農藥和種子領域全球第一的公司；
中國在最新世界500強榜單中有中石化、中石油、中國中化、中海油、中國化工、延長集團等石化企業上榜，國資委提出下半年重點重組的5個領域有化工，照目前的形勢看中國即將誕生一傢俱有國際競爭力的化工公司。

The Evolving Landscape of Global Petrochemical Industry
The comments below are adapted from the speech delivered by Fu Xiangsheng in Aug. in2018 China Petroleum & Chemical Economic Situation Analysis Conference.
The global petrochemical industry has witnessed a “343” layout characteristic these years. The first “3” indicates three hot regions, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and the U.S., whose petrochemical industries grow with highest speed around the globe.
The “4” refers to 4 regions with stagnant or shrunk petrochemical industries, which are Europe, Africa, South America and Former Soviet Union.
Another “3” represents 3 petrochemical powers, including U.S., Europe and China. Of course, now China is still far from a real petrochemical power.
More petrochemical enterprises of Fortune Global 500 and more mergers and acquisitions are from these three regions compared to the rest of the world, and the future three powers of petrochemical industry are starting to take shape.
U.S.
DuPont and Dow merged first and then split into three independent companies with the names of Corteva Agriscience for agriculture, Dow for materials science and new DuPont for specialty products, who will be much more competitive with their new major business.
Europe
There are many big petrochemical brands in Europe, such as BP, Shell, Lanxess and Evonik. Now Europe will greet its another NO.1 enterprise in the field of pesticide and seed after Bayer’s acquisition of Monsanto.
China
Sinopec, PetroChina, Sinochem, CNOOC, ChemChina and Yanchang Group, who are listed in the Fortune Global 500, are from China. According to SASAC, there are five key sectors need to be reformed in the second half of this year, including petrochemical industry. so China will see another petrochemical major with international competitiveness soon.
