We live under a kind of illusion that we have free will.
Sometimes it becomes apparent that we don’t.

I have several people in my head. They all have different habits. There is the Chinese speaking Richard, The English speaking Richard, the Scientist Richard and a few other Richards. They are like different people.
我的大腦中有幾個人，它們有著截然不同的習性。有說著漢語的Richard, 有說著英語的Richard，有科學家Richard,也有一些其它的Richard。它們就像是不同的人。
For the past 6 months there has been a very good person in my head with good habits. The person who exercises and eats right and does not drink.
In Anyang, I was in a fancy hotel with lots of free really good food and free alcohol. I knew it was going to be a challenge for the bad guy not to come back.
在過去的六個月，在我的頭腦中一直有一個秉持好習慣的好先生。這位先生堅持鍛鍊，科學飲食並且不喝酒。
在安陽的時候，我被安排到一個豪華酒店裡,那裡有著各種免費供應的美味食物和酒水。我知道，這將是個極大的挑戰—不要讓那位壞先生再回來。
But the bad guys came back and kicked all the good guys out and for the past few days I have been gorging on all kinds of stuff.
但是那位壞先生還是回來了，並且把過去那些好先生全都踢開。在過去的那些天我一直都在用各種好吃的東西把自己的肚子塞滿。
In the Bible, there is a story about a man who was possessed of multiple daemons. When Jesus asked him his name, he said
We are Legion.
Which means “there are many of us daemons in here”.
在《聖經》中，有一個故事是關於一個人被很多鬼附著。當耶穌問他叫什麼名字時，他說，“我們是“群”。
意思是“有很多鬼聚在這裡”。
Anyway, Jesus kicked the demons out, and the demons went into a bunch of pigs. The pigs then ran into the ocean and committed suicide by drowning.
Jesus “exorcised” the daemons, which means “to kick the daemon out”
as opposed to “exercising” a daemon which means "taking a demon for a walk".
不管怎樣，耶穌將鬼趕出來，並且這些鬼進入了豬群，後來跑到海里被淹死了。
耶穌把群鬼驅逐出去，意思是“把那些惡鬼趕出”。
正如去“鍛鍊”懶鬼的意思是“帶著懶鬼出去走走”。
I can’t rely on Jesus ,So I will have to exorcise the daemons myself, which will not be easy.
