When it comes working through thorny issues, it is best to do it face to face - no email, no text, no phone.

Nothing beats personal inter actions.

My very first boss walked around every morning to say 'Good Morning' to each one of us, was very generous with his gratitude, and personally gave out pay stubs with a 'Thank you for the good job' and a handshake.

我的第一个老板每天早上都会走来走去对我们每个人说“早上好”,他非常慷慨地表达自己的感激之情,还亲自发放了工资单,并说了一句“谢谢你的好工作”,还和我们握了握手。

I asked him once why he says 'thank you the good job' every time, even when I didnot do anything special.

我曾经问过他为什么每次都说“谢谢你的好工作”,即使我没有做什么特别的事。

He replied, that he himself does a better job when he thanks others.

他回复我说:当他感谢其他人时,他自己的工作做得更好了。

It gives him positive energy in the morning to greet people, and to thank them every chance he gets.

通过每天早上的问候别人,并在每一个可能的机会中,去感谢他们,他从中获得了许多正能量。

And that people do better jobs when appreciated.-

同时,当他表达出他的欣赏之情时,他们能把工作做得更好。

We should do more of that, simple yet powerful.

我们应该可以在这方面走得更远,简单而且充满力量。

But if we treat everyone with respect and appreciation, there will be no conflicts to resolve ! Agree ?

但如果我们尊重和欣赏每个人,就不会有冲突需要解决!同意吗?
