David Cameron cracked jokes today as he faced MPs for the first time since his humiliation in the EU referendum - but Boris Johnson was nowhere to be seen.自從脫歐公投令大衛·卡梅倫蒙羞之後他一直愁雲滿面，直到今天首次在面對一群議員時開起了玩笑——而鮑里斯·約翰遜不知到哪兒去了。

The favourite to win the top job, Boris Johnson, declared 'thatProject Fearis over' this morning as he sought to reassure Britain that pensions were safe, the pound and markets were stable and told the nation: 'That's all very good news'.最有希望的贏得首相職位的鮑里斯·約翰遜今晨宣稱“恐懼計劃已經結束”，併力圖向英國人民再次保證養老金不會變、英鎊和市場不會震盪，並向全國宣稱：“脫歐真的是一個非常好的消息！”
But he was nowhere to be seen in the Commons this afternoon, with SNP MPs shouting 'Where's Boris?' as the session began.但是今天下午卻不見他在下議院，蘇格蘭國民黨的議員們在會議開始時都大叫著“鮑里斯哪去了？”。
The PM insisted pro EU ministers could not join the campaign for a second referendum or try to block Brexit.卡梅倫堅持，支持歐盟的官員將不會參加要求第二次公投的運動或駁回“脫歐”的決定。
The PM reiterated his position that the Government must 'accept the result' the British people had given and 'get on and deliver it'.卡梅倫重申，政府必須“接受”英國人民的選擇結果，並且“展開行動、執行命令”。
Mr Cameron raised a laugh from MPs when he pointed out that Mr Johnson, MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip, was not bound by the rules of collective responsibility.卡梅倫在議員們面前開起了玩笑，惹得大家不禁哈哈大笑。他說約翰遜——阿克斯布里奇和南賴斯利普的議員——並不受到集體責任規則的約束。
When he was praised for his performances at the despatch box, Mr Cameron joked that he would miss the three-hour marathon Commons sessions after statements.當卡梅倫在首相問答環節因其在任時的表現受到表揚時，他幽默地說會懷念下議院三小時馬拉松式的會議。
