adj. 可疑的；（味道或氣味）像魚的，有魚腥味的
It means that something makes you suspicious because it seems dishonest or someone is not telling the truth, or something tastes or smells like a fish.
它指的是因某事的不真實或某人沒有說實話而讓人懷疑，又或指某物嚐起來或聞起來有腥味兒。
There's something fishy going on here.
