馬步堂 號閒雲，上海市人，現為中國現代名家書畫協會行楷專業評委主任，蘇富比文化藝術發展中心藝術總監，世界華人名家書畫專業委員會組委會副主任。自幼酷愛書畫，長期浸淫書畫，歷經多年探索，已然形成自己獨特發的書畫風格。作品多次參加全國重大展覽，並均獲金獎，銀獎，優秀獎等眾多獎項。多幅作品被國內外美術館、博物館、大使館及書畫愛好者收藏。

Ma butang xianyun, from Shanghai, is currently the director of the board of judges of the Chinese association of modern famous calligraphers, art director of the Sotheby's center for cultural and artistic development and deputy director of the organizing committee of the professional committee of Chinese famous calligraphers.
