在郑州裕华54#下叠样板房设计中，来自上海的知名设计公司JSCC极舍文化深入思考、研究与实践极简设计给人类生活方式带来的影响, 将该项目打造成一个充满极简文化的当代住宅，精准诠释了当代人在追求安静生活与繁华都市之间的需求平衡。
In the design of No. 54 the lower modelhouses of Zhengzhou Yuhua, JSCC, a well-known design company from Shanghai,deeply thinks, studies and practices the impact of minimalist design on humanlife style, and turns the project into a house full of minimalist culture,which accurately interprets the demand balance of contemporary people inpursuit of a quiet life and a bustling city.
极简材料的朴实，细致解构着空间的诗意。高级留白的多少与镜面元素的虚实相间，尽显优雅与透亮。
The simplicity of the material deconstructs thepoetry of the space.Blanks and mirror elements alternate with virtual and real, highlighting theelegance and clarity
圆弧线条从地面连至天花，每一条动线都经过精心考量，首尾呼应，着墨讲究。
The arc lines move from the ground to theceiling.Every line of motion is carefullyconsidered. Such design makes integral space up and down echo.
房子的内部由原来独立的每层，改造成一个大的开放的中空跃层，大面积的玻璃则让室内拥有更加开阔完美的视野。JSCC极舍文化的设计风格通常带有独特的温暖，用它精心策划的空间去强调居者使用的合理性与品质感。它的每一项设计都是和谐而平衡的、舒适而放松的，每个空间都被巧妙地布置和充分地使用，试图用一种当代简约的方式来阐述生活的朴实自然，从设计的角度来丰富空间的使用价值。
The interior of the house is transformedinto a large open hollow loft from each separate floor, and the large area ofglass gives the interior a more open and perfect view. The design style of JSCCusually has unique warmth, with its carefully planned space to emphasize therationality and quality of the residents’ use. Each of its designs isharmonious and balanced, comfortable and relaxed. Each space is cleverlyarranged and fully used. Interior designer tries to use a kind of contemporaryand contracted way to elaborate the simple nature of life and enrich the usevalue of space from the perspective of design.
干净利落的线条，划破了空间的宁静，古朴中略带着清新。这里每一个看似简单寻常的设计，背后隐藏的无不是设计师对于细节、品质的执着追求。
The neat lines cut through thetranquility of the space, making retro and plain with a hint of freshness. Behindevery seemingly simple and ordinary design is the designer’s persistent pursuitof details and quality.
负一层餐厅内的木条墙散发着“时间”独特的魅力，自带古朴特质，同时增强了空间的纵深感。随手置三两物件于桌面，便是日常最细腻的情感表达。我们不再强调风格的标尺，仅用简单的艺术手法，让生活在这里自然的生长。
The wooden wall in the dining room on thefirst floor exudes the unique charm of “time”, which brings its own primitivecharacteristics and enhances the depth of the space. The two or three piecesthat place on the table top are the most delicate expression of daily emotion. Nolonger emphasizing the ruler of style, we just want to use simple artistictechniques to let life grow naturally here.
线条是简单和复杂的并存，简单在于它仅是一根线，复杂在于它在千变万化中产生的各种设计语义。主卧室的背景墙在线条的强弱、精细、穿插、排布中形成一种幸福的节奏韵律变化。
A line is both simple and complex, simple in thatit is just a line, and complex in that it generates various design semantics ina kaleidoscope.In the strong andweak alternant of line, it seems that the setting wall of the bedroom are playingthe melody of a happiness.
自然的阳光通过窗倾洒入室内，透过层层叠叠的纱幔，光影在空间中产生微妙作用，创造出动态的效果。一种恰到好处的自然平衡，把空间留给自然，静静等待时节的流转。
Natural sunlight pours in through the Windows. Throughthe layer upon layer of gauze curtain, light and shadow in the space produces asubtle effect, creating a dynamic effect. A proper balance of nature leaves thespace for nature, quietly waiting for the circulation of the season.
JSCC极舍文化推崇“简约即自由”的空间形式。居住其间的人越能自由的享受生活，人跟空间的关系自然也会变得更加柔软和亲密。
