everyone意思是每一個人，someone意思是某人，anyone意思是任何人， no one意思是無人。
要區分everyone和anyone；一般everyone用在肯定句中，anyone常用在否定句中。（注意只是一般和常用這種字眼）

Everyone admired her elegance and her beauty.
人人都羨慕她的優雅和美麗。
A 用some, any和no構成的複合詞基本都遵循上述用法：
Someone wants to speak to you on the phone．
有你的電話.
Someone/Somebody gave me a ticket for the pop concert．
有人給了我一張流行歌曲音樂會的門票.
No one/Nobody has ever given me a free ticket for anything．
從來沒有人給過我免費的什麼票.
Do you want anything from the chemist’s?
你需要在藥店裡買什麼東西嗎?
Would anyone/anybody like a drink?
誰想喝一杯嗎?
注意：
I drink anything．
我喝什麼都行.相當於：
I don’t mind what I drink．
我不挑喝什麼.
Anyone will tell you where the house is．
誰都會告訴你那所房子在哪兒.
B someone,somebody,anyone,anybody,no one,nobody可以有所有格形式：
Someone’s passport has been stolen．
有人的護照被偷了.
Is this somebody’s/anybody’s seat?
這座位有人坐嗎?
I don’t want to waste anyone’s time．
我不想浪費任何人的時間.
C 代詞和所有格形容詞與someone, somebody, anyone, anybody, no one, nobody, everyone, everybody連用
所有這些詞語都具有單數的含義,因此要用單數動詞.因此,指代這些詞的人稱代詞和所有格形容詞按道理說也應是he/she,him/her,his/her,但在口語中複數形式更為普遍：
Has anyone left their luggage on the train?
有誰把行李丟在火車上了嗎?
No one saw Tom go out,did they?
沒有人看見湯姆出去,對嗎?
但在指something,anything,nothing時仍然用it：
Something went wrong,didn’t it?
有什麼地方出毛病了,是嗎?

一、1.In a small village， everyone knows everyone else.在一個小村莊裡，人人皆相識。
2. Not everyone likes this book.並不是每個人都喜歡這本書。
3. Everyone should do his part.每人都應盡他的本分。
4. After these dry days， everyone hopes for rain.乾燥的天氣之後，人人都希望下雨。
5. His coarse manners shocked everyone.他的粗魯的舉止使每個人震驚。
6. Everyone has the right to live in his own way.每人都有權按自己的方式生活。

一、anyone 與 any one 的區別
1. 合寫的 anyone
合寫的 anyone 只用於指人，不用於指物。如：
Does anyone ever visit them? 有人常訪問他們嗎?
Has anyone called the police? 有人打電話報警了嗎?
How can anyone bear wearing clothes like that? 誰會容忍穿成那個樣子呢?
I have my pride, same as anyone else. 和別人一樣，我也有自尊心。
2. 分開寫的 any one
分開寫的 any one 可用於指人也可用於指物。如：
Any one who collaborates should be shot. 通敵的人都應槍斃。(any one指人)
Look up D for dentists and pick one, any one. 查閱D項找牙科醫生，然後挑選一個，任何一個。(any one指人)
“Which newspaper would you like?” “It doesn’t matter. Any one.” “你喜歡哪一種報紙?”“無所謂。哪一種都行。”(any one指物)
3. 後接of 短語時
後接of 短語時，習慣上要用分開寫的 any one。此時的any one 可指人或指物。如：
Any one of the plans will do. 這些計劃中的任何一個都行。
Any one of our employees could be the informer. 我們的任何一位僱員都有可能成為告密者。
Any one of these nuclear plants may be a disaster waiting to happen. 這些核電廠的任何一個都是一種隱患。
4. 其後帶有被修飾成分
其後接有被修飾的名詞或代詞時，要用分開寫的 any one(可視為any的強調說法)。如：
She refused to lay the blame on any one party. 她拒絕歸咎於任何一方。
You can borrow any one video at a time. 你一次可以借任何一盤錄像帶。
I can’t point to any one particular reason for it. 那件事我找不出具體原因來。
二、everyone 與 every one的區別
1. 合寫的 everyone
合寫的 everyone 只用於指人，不用於指物。如：
The beach should be accessible to everyone. 海灘應向所有人開放。
It struck me that everyone was unusually silent. 大家都異乎尋常地沉默使我感到吃驚。
Everyone needs to become more environmentally aware. 人人都需要有更多的環境意識。
She introduced her date to everyone at the party. 她將她的約會對象介紹給聚會上的每一個人。
2. 分開寫的 every one（等於each one）
分開寫的 every one 可用於指人也可用於指物。如：
His books are great. Every one’s worth reading. 他寫的書了不起。每一本都值得讀。
We need some more eggs. You ate every one last night. 我們還需要一些雞蛋，你昨晚把所有的雞蛋都吃了。
She turned her attention to her friends. Every one had had a good education. 她把注意力轉向了她那些朋友，他們每個人都受過良好的教育。
3. 後接of 短語時
後接of 短語時，習慣上要用分開寫的 every one。此時的every one 可指人或指物。如：
His books are wonderful. I’ve read every one of them. 他的書寫得好極了。我每一本都讀過了。
It is filled with famous works of art, and every one of them is a fake. 這裡滿是藝術名品，但每一件都是贗品。
It’s the duty of each and every one of us to do their best for the team. 我們當中的每個人都有義務為團隊盡最大努力。
注：someone與some one的區別同上類似。
