ES Reporting
Under the Act, a “relevant entity” which engages in any “relevant activity” in a “financial period” is “in-scope” of the economic substance regime. Thus “prescribed information” which includes its related turnover, expenditures and operations, will be required to be entered in the database within six months after the end of that financial period via the BVI registered agent.
As far as we understand, more details about ES reporting requirements and submission periods will be released shortly.
