杜文瀚（漢）1942年生於天津，筆名：林山，齋名：漢墨齋。自幼酷愛書畫藝術，師承孫其峰、王學仲等先生。幼秉家訓，勤勉過人。在書藝上追秦漢魏晉，融鑄歷代名家精華，通臨諸賢，自成風格，長於楷法、隸篆，兼精行草。書畫藝術是我國的傳統藝術，有著數千年的悠久歷史，作為書畫家在學習、傳承中華文明經典國粹藝術的同時，在創作中堅持真善美的格調，古拙端莊、俊秀灑脫的書風。書寫具有強烈審美理想和浪漫精神以及具有強烈時代風貌和獨特風格的好作品。做正直忠厚的老實人，寫精湛唯美的中國字。是杜文瀚的畢生追求。

1999年10月17日為紀念“九九國際老人年”而參與創作的中國畫長卷《共享美好社會圖》由聯合國永久收藏，獲聯合國教科文組織頒發的榮譽狀。
2008年之後多次參加全國書畫展及全國書畫藝術大賽多次獲金獎。
2009年。“紀念于右任誕辰130年海內外書畫大賽”榮獲一等金獎，並授予“兩岸一家親藝術特使”稱號。
