《“浙江與非洲”——津巴布韋系列旅遊宣傳片》是津巴布韋與中國浙江雙方政府高訪交流之後，在當地開展的第一個大型廣電文化合作項目，對於重塑津巴布韋地區性旅遊大國地位具有重要意義，也為我省參與服務“一帶一路”倡議、促進中非交流合作營造良好的輿論氛圍。
As the first large-scale broadcast media cooperative project conducted after the exchange of visits between Chinese and Zimbabwean governments, the filming and production of "Zhejiang and Africa" series by China Zhejiang Radio & TV Group (ZRTG) will have a considerable significance of reshaping Zimbabwe’s tourism industry. It also demonstrates Zhejiang people’s great efforts to participate in the "Belt and Road" initiative, facilitating mutually beneficial cooperation between China and the whole of Africa.
從“大寫意”到“工筆畫”
今年是中非關係不同尋常的一年，中非合作論壇峰會在北京成功召開。自2006年第一屆中非合作論壇舉辦，十幾年來，中非始終真誠友好、團結合作。
This year is rather unusual for the relationships between China and Africa and we have just witnessed a successful forum on China-Africa Cooperation in Beijing. Ever since the first FOCAC in 2006, China and Africa have been cooperating with each other friendly and sincerely for more than a decade.

如今，中國與非洲國家在傳統友誼和合作的基礎上，正藉助著“一帶一路”倡議與中非合作論壇機制，推動“中國夢”和“非洲夢”比翼齊飛。
Now, based on the friendships and cooperations in the past years, China and African countries are promoting the "Chinese dream" and "African dream" together under the help of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the Forum of China-Africa Cooperation.

今年6月，浙江省委書記車俊率代表團訪問了津巴布韋，推動落實習近平主席與姆南加古瓦總統達成的共識，積極參與和主動服務“一帶一路”建設。車俊在訪問非洲期間，對浙江廣電集團加強與津巴布韋的人文交流，幫助做好津巴布韋旅遊宣傳工作提出明確指示。
Che Jun, the Party Secretary of Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) led a delegation to visit Zimbabwe in June this year, aiming at promoting the consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and President Mnangagwa, which is to actively participate in the construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative. During the trip, Che Jun suggested Zhejiang Radio & TV Group enhance communications with Zimbabwe to help promote the local tourism industry.

根據這一指示要求，浙江廣電集團迅速行動，第一時間統籌安排，精心策劃推出“浙江與非洲”主題宣傳，從浙江衛視、國際頻道等部門抽調精兵強將組成攝製組，赴津巴布韋完成津巴布韋旅遊宣傳片、旅遊公益廣告和人文專題片的拍攝。
To respond to the call, Zhejiang Radio and Television Group proposed the plan of “Zhejiang and Africa” immediately. A group of outstanding members from both ZRTG and ZTV-World were dispatched to Zimbabwe. This television crew was responsible for filming the top-rated tourist attractions and personalities involved in local development both economically and socially.

為做好配合宣傳，攝製組剪輯完成了旅遊宣傳片、公益廣告、津巴布韋旅遊部長專訪以及《華人天地》非洲系列第一季。
A series of programming have been completed so far, including a few tourism promotion videos, non-commercial advertisements, the interview of Zimbabwe's tourism ministers as well as some oversea Chinese in the first season of the African Series in Global Chinese. All these programmes will be part of the plan to boost the national profile of Zimbabwe.

系列宣傳片回望大津巴布韋古遺址的悠遠歷史，聚焦勤勞勇敢的人民、展現曠美獨特的自然風光，並通過津巴布韋標誌性景點維多利亞大瀑布來展望非洲未來發展的美好願景。
The promotion video series shows Zimbabwe’s long history of the Great Zimbabwe Monuments, hardworking and enthusiastic people, and its beautiful and unique natural sceneries. Also, it reflects the wonderful expectations through the Victoria Falls, which is one of the most famous sightseeing spots in Zimbabwe.
