2018年已经过了一大半了，可身边还是好多单身狗……小八今天要为单身狗证言了，单身狗真的不是“single dog”！！要形容单身，用single是没有问题的。比如说：She's still single and you could give it a shot.她还单身，你可以去尝试追一下。
但除了single，“单身”还可以用什么英文来表达呢？
unattached
attached 的意思是附加的依恋的; 爱慕的，所以前面加了个un的前缀，就变成了单身的。
eg：I knew only two or three unattached men.
我只认识两三个未婚的男士。
unmarried
结婚是unmarried，单身自然就是unmarried啦~~
eg：They refused to rent an apartment to an unmarried couple.
他们拒绝把公寓租给未婚情侣。
live alone
它的字面意思是“独居”，其实引申出来就是“单身”的意思啦~
eg：It's not good for a girl to live alone for long.
一个女孩子单身太久不好。
bachelordom
这个单词我们读书的时候有学习过哦~就是单身的意思啦~
eg：I think bachelordom might be what you need right now.
我觉得还是一个人生活比较开心。
