Case background
The need for furniture product is increasingly growing with the market, a well-known domestic furniture manufacturer is developing a "Intelligent factory project", which aims to enhance the lean production management, compact production line, optimize production rhythm and reduce production costin its factory. The furniture production line needs a lot of manual labor, so it is the biggest highlight of the production project to solve the large amount of physical strength generated by repeated assembly in the production process. The project is completed in cooperation with a well-known furniture manufacturer. GREE intelligent equipment is upgraded to the automation production line of the company, and the 608 robot is mainly used for workpiece loading process.

Solutions for automatic production line
The bending material is delivered by flat wire and intermittent feeding. Through the sensor to detect whether there is any material, the robot automatically clips to the bending machine ,and the bending process iscompleted automatically to slide down to the next stage. The workpiece is placed on the assembly line directly after the blanking is completed in the previous stage.
Butt welding platform: Three - point welding can be realized by robot feeding, cylinder tightening positioning and cylinder driving . The position of the spot welding spot is pressed by the cylinder , and the positioning mechanism and the gear mechanism are installed directly on the production line of the bending section, the robot is clamping automatically.
Advantages of the project
After the implementation of the project, the effect achieved is to reduce workers but increase production. A total of 10 robots, 2 automatic welding equipment, anautomatic sorting conveyor, 2 sets of turn over mechanism, 2 people operate equipment were invested to improve and complete the project. Finally, the single shift will reduce 13 person directly, while double shift will reduce 26 person.
