每个肿瘤科医生都知道，癌症病人在手术切除肿瘤之后，由于免疫力下降，非常容易引起残余癌细胞的扩散转移。因此通常情况下我们会根据实际病情给术后患者做后续的放化疗以达到降低癌症转移复发的风险。
最近，在著名医学杂志 Oncolmmunology 上面就有人发表了一篇文章说，用「伟哥」+「流感疫苗」竟可以降低癌症患者术后转移的风险！
让我们来看看原文是如何描述的：
Metastatic recurrence following surgery remains the single biggest cause of mortality in patients with solid tumors. We previously demonstrated that surgery-induced NK cell dysfunction contributes to progression of metastatic disease.
There is accumulating evidence to suggest that PDE5 inhibitors could interfere with the suppressive functions of MDSC. In this report, we provide evidence that perioperative PDE5 inhibition reverses surgery-induced immunosuppression.
Based on our preclinical data demonstrating that the perioperative administration of sildenafil in combination with influenza vaccine results in a greater reduction of lung tumor metastasis than either treatment alone and our ex vivo sildenafil patient studies.
该研究团队在癌症小鼠模型上面进行了研究，以小鼠肺部转移作为观察指标，结果发现：
- 未接受手术（对照组）：37处转移
- 只接受手术组：129处转移
- 手术 + 勃起功能障碍药物组：24处转移
- 手术 + 勃起功能障碍药物 + 流感疫苗组：11处转移
也就是说，通过勃起功能障碍药物（西地拉非等）+ 流感疫苗，可以使得癌症小鼠术后转移风险大大降低。
该研究团队认为，勃起功能障碍药物 + 流感疫苗之所以可以起到这样的作用，是因为他们可以靶向阻断 骨髓衍生抑制细胞（MDSC），并在围手术期修复自然杀伤细胞（NK cell）的功能，从而发挥抗癌的作用。
目前，这项研究已进入临床试验阶段，并且作者表示，女性患者在服用伟哥后并没有什么副作用，对她们的性功能也无影响。
