课题组介绍:

丁涛博士，现为中山大学中山医学院教授、博士生导师。2018年入选国家海外高层次人才青年项目，同时获聘中山大学“百人计划”引进人才。 丁涛博士于2006年于中国科学技术大学生命科学学院获得学士学位；2012年于俄克拉荷马州立大学获得生物化学与分子生物学博士学位；2012年12月至2014年3月在密歇根大学从事博士后研究工作，导师为国际著名微生物组学专家Patrick Schloss教授。2014年4月至2018年在纽约大学完成博士后研究工作，导师为国际著名系统生物学家，麦克阿瑟天才奖获得者Elodie Ghedin教授。

丁涛教授课题组（The Ding Lab of Microbiomics, SYSU）的主要研究兴趣为微生态学和微生物组学，和基于菌群和宿主相互作用的系统生物学。课题组整合人群队列数据和动物模型实验，应用基于微生物生态学、生物信息学与数学模型相结合的系统生物学方法，研究微生物组与宿主的相互作用，致力于明确微生物对于健康和疾病的重要意义。课题组成员包括博士/硕士研究生6名，研究助理1名，临床合作研究生1名。 课题组目前已获得多个科研项目支持，包括国家自然科学基金项目、科技部重点研发项目、广东省科技计划项目等。

课题组目前主要研究方向包括：

（1）微生物组在传染性或慢性疾病中的动态和功能机制;

（2）呼吸道微生物组与肠道微生物组之间的协同机制（肺肠轴），以及针对宿主免疫的协同应答；

（3）微生物组学与生物安全。

3. 要求具有良好的中英文写作和交流能力。

薪酬待遇：
