2020 is the beginning year for the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port. On the second anniversary of the “4·13” keynote speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping, the Hainan International Economic Development Bureau launched a service hotline 4008-413-413 for global investors, which will be put into trial operation from March 9. The move aims to meet the requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government on improving the working mechanism for attracting investment and creating a world-class business environment, opening channels for global investors to invest in the Hainan Free Trade Port and providing global investors with better, more targeted and convenient services.
During the trial operation, the hotline will provide services in both Chinese and English, answering questions about FTP relevant policies, industry investment opportunities and investment destination choices that enterprises are concerned about.
The Hainan Economic Development Bureau will establish a "corporate service provider" system which designates a person to be responsible for the entire process of an enterprise. By uniting various departments and high-tech parks in counties and cities, they can jointly provide professional services for investors, coordinate to solve the problems and difficulties encountered in the implementation of projects, build a one-stop service platform for global investors, and create a special service experience.
