致在聊外籍人士的一封公開信
為應對新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，山東省於1月24日啟動了重大突發公共衛生事件一級響應,堅決遏制疫情傳播擴散蔓延勢頭。聊城市委、市政府高度重視，統一部署，全力以赴開展各項疫情防控工作。在此，聊城市外辦向在聊的各位外籍人士提出如下倡議：
一、關注權威信息。聊城市衛生健康委員會官方網站（http://wjw.liaocheng.gov.cn/）定時發佈聊城市新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情情況。您也可以關注中國國家衛生健康委員會（http://www.nhc.gov.cn/）發佈的消息，瞭解全國疫情情況。
二、做好自我防護。保持良好的衛生習慣，注意手衛生，勤洗手。咳嗽、打噴嚏時務必使用紙巾或肘部捂住口鼻，不隨地吐痰，廢棄口罩按規定規範投放。
三、儘量減少出行。不參加集聚性活動。做好居家環境衛生，適當開窗通風，保持室內空氣流通。出入公共場所時必須正確佩戴口罩。若出現發熱、咳嗽、胸悶、乏力等症狀，請第一時間佩戴口罩到我市衛生健康委員會指定的定點醫療機構就診。
四、科學應對疫情。如果您近期曾到訪疫情高發地區，或接觸過來自這些地區的人員，請第一時間向當地疾控機構或指定部門報告，同時密切注意身體狀況，多居家休息，少外出活動。當政府、社區和醫療機構人員做疫情防控登記詢問時，請予以理解支持並配合做好工作。

A Letter to All Foreign Friends in Liaocheng
To the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Shandong Province has activated level I public health emergency response since 24th January. Attaching paramount importance to the situation, Liaocheng Municipal Government has made unified deployment of resources and is conducting prevention and control work in a scientific and orderly way. Hereby we recommend following practices to all foreign friends in Liaocheng:
I. Paying attention to authoritative information. The official website of Liaocheng Municipal Health Commission （http://wjw.liaocheng.gov.cn/） will regularly update information of the novel coronavirus in Liaocheng. You can also refer to the news released by the National Health Committee of China（http://www.nhc.gov.cn/） to learn about the nationwide situation.
II. Strengthen prevention and self-protection. Keep good hygiene by washing hands. Cover cough or sneeze with a tissue or with flexed elbow. No spitting. Dump used masks according to regulations.
III. Please try to reduce outdoor activities.Ventilation and good hygiene at home are highly recommended. If you have to go to public places, do wear a medical mask.If fever, cough, chest tightness, fatigue and other symptoms occur, put on surgical protective mask,and go to the medical institutions or hospitals designated by Liaocheng Municipal Health Commission for treatment timely.
IV. Join in mass prevention and control efforts.If you have visited infected areas or have contacted with people from these areas, please report to the local disease control authorities or designated departments. Meanwhile, please closely observe your health condition, stay at home and reduce outdoor activities. Please cooperate with government or community personnel or medical staff if they inquire about your condition.
