由于“理发”这个动作实际上是由理发师做出来的，所以英文中说“我要理发”应该是I will have my hair cut. 意思是“我让我的头发被剪了。”这里不能说I will cut my hair，除非是自己给自己理发。
I had my hair cut yesterday. The barber was so nice and professional.
我昨天理发了，那个理发师人很好，而且技术也很棒。
除此之外，还有以下说法：
He had a haircut last Sunday. But he doesn’t like the style.
他上周日理了个发，但他不喜欢那个发型。
She spent 10,000 yuan on hairdressing last year.
