在不到一個小時的時間裡，他們紛紛舉手向趙光晉和Patrick提出各種各樣的問題，那爭先恐後的樣子頗像一場有模有樣的新聞發佈會。
Patrick就自已看到的、感受到的雙合成，與孩子們進行了溝通。

The visit of Shuanghecheng
Facing the warm spring breeze and stepping on a brisk pace, I followed the teachers and other small reporters to visit the Shuanghecheng company.
Shuanghecheng,founded in 1898, is a famous brand enterprise in Shanxi's food industry. It is a famous "Chinese old word". In the introduction of the company's commentator, we learned about the company's history, culture, economy and development.
A good enterprize is a good leader.The director of Shuanghechang has also made indelible contributions to the development of enterprises. They set strict rules and took the lead in implementing them. Besides, they are also very concerned about their employees. When winter comes, they go to the garment factory in person to order cotton padded clothes and trousers for their staff. And whenever employees celebrate their birthday, they will be there to celebrate, giving cake.
Because of this, each pair of Shuanghecheng employees has an unusual deep feeling for this place. They willingly work hard to benefit the people. Gradually, they found that a single flavor of food has been difficult to meet the needs of the general public. They began to explore and innovate. The famous moon cake of Guo Dulin is the masterpiece of this time. There are three masters who make moon cakes. With their years of experience, they are processed in the ordinary moon cakes and on the top. They are the moon cakes. This kind of food has also won the national intangible cultural heritage.
The spring breeze blowing through the motherland, Shuanghecheng is response to the call of the party. The Dragon Boat Festival
The Dragon Boat Festival, also called Double Fifth Festival, is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth moon of the lunar calendar. It is one of the most important Chinese festivals, the other two being the Autumn Moon Festival and Chinese New Year。
The origin of this summer festival centers around a scholarly government official named Qu Yuan. He was a good and respected man, but because of the misdeeds of jealous rivals he eventually fell into disfavor in the emperor's court。
Unable to regain the respect of the emperor, in his sorrow Qu Yuan threw himself into the Mi Low river. Because of their admiration for Qu Yuan, the local people living adjacent to the Mi Lo River rushed into their boats to search for him while throwing rice into the waters to appease the river dragons。
Although they were unable to find Qu Yuan, their efforts are still commemorated today during the Dragon Boat Festival。

不忘初心，砥礪前行

當我第一眼見到“辮子姐姐”的時候，我就深深地被她吸引了——這個年近七旬的“大姐姐”刷新了我對年輕的認識：她泛著點點青絲的頭髮紮成兩個小辮，一左一右垂在肩上，紅色的發繩與“雙合成”的紅色交相掩映。我望著眼前初見的“大姐姐”，有一種似曾相識的感覺。這時我才想起，這“辮子姐姐”早就是我的老朋友了。
相信你也認識她，因為雙合成門口那個微笑著迎接顧客的梳小辮的姑娘，就是我見到的真實的“辮子姐姐”。
當我們問起她在雙合成工作的時間時，“辮子姐姐”輕輕的吐出一句：“33年了，我剛來的時候，是33歲。”她頓了頓，陷入回憶。“那時我們工作的車間，都是木製的，十分破舊，從屋裡都能看到天，屋外下大雨，屋裡下小雨。在這樣的情況下將一百多年的老手藝傳承下去，是十分不易的。”就在回顧雙合成這些年的辛酸和不易時，她的語氣裡有感慨，也有欣慰。她望了望桌上的“雙合成”標誌，眼裡泛著若隱若現的光芒，彷彿一個注視著終於長大成人的孩子的母親。
“孩子們，你們知道我為什麼梳辮子嗎？”“辮子姐姐”笑了笑，說道：“33年前我剛來雙合成時，就是梳辮子的。現在我重新梳起辮子，就是為了告誡自己，我要保持那時的幹勁，保持那一顆初心。雙合成無論是當初那家小小的糕點店，還是現在全國有名的‘老字號’，我們都堅持‘用人品做食品，用良心做點心’，絕對不能因為利益而失了誠信。”房間裡頓時響起了雷鳴般的掌聲。在“辮子姐姐”的身後，她親書的“合和”二字顯得越發遒勁有力。
“‘辮子姐姐’，其他企業的代言人都是明星大腕，為什麼雙合成卻只有一個梳小辮的小姑娘啊？”
“因為保持一顆初心、踏實經營的我就是雙合成的代言人。我為自己代言！”

“雙合成”我來了

前一晚，我輾轉反側，為採訪做足了準備——“趙奶奶，您作為“雙合成”的大家長，是如何帶來員工們處理好發展和傳承的？”“趙奶奶，雙合成作為百年老店，是如何與好利來、今度烘焙這樣的新興企業競爭的？”“叔叔、阿姨您好，您是如何將手中的日常工作做成工藝的？”……帶著一籮筐這樣的問題，我們踏上了旅途。
來到“雙合成”總部，我們先後參觀了“工匠”長廊，文化展示中心，其中有在“雙合成”發展歷史上湧現的優秀人物、製作器具和產品。之後，進入端午包粽子環節，在老師傅展示示範後，我們七手八腳的嘗試起來。粽葉和繩子齊飛，紅棗與糯米共舞，半個小時後，我們的作品問世了，有的呲牙微笑，有的面目猙獰，但不管怎麼，都是我們的“粽子寶寶”。
最後進入採訪環節，趙光晉奶奶如約而至，我激動的小心臟都要跳出來了。小手升的高高，身子躍躍欲試，可是事與願違，因為時間有限，我沒能問出自己的問題。可這也不是什麼憾事，至少我從別人的問答中瞭解了新聞採訪的技巧和雙合成更多的內涵深蘊。

雙合成之行
一到雙合成總部，我們便被撲鼻而來的糕點香氣所吸引。正在我們細細品味之時，雙合成的“嚮導”走了過來。她帶我們參觀了文化長廊，在那裡我看到了許許多多雙合成的老物件，如：月餅模子、千家磨、榨油機……還認識了許許多多在雙合成工作過的“功臣”，如：郭杜林師徒三人、陳步雲、王鳳蓮、馬淑榮……
接著，我們到了雙合成展廳，它向我們講述了百年雙合成的歷史和未來的發展規劃。這裡每張珍貴的照片、獎牌、獎狀，每一個展現雙合成風貌的展版、文物，都在向我們訴說著一段段故事。“經理亮相服務”、“雙合成之歌”、“和合文化綱領”、“聽黨話、報黨恩” ……這一切都讓我們感受到了雙合成的魅力所在。
隨後，我們見到了期待已久的雙合成總經理“辮子姐姐”趙光晉。她和我想像中不太一樣，雖已是66歲高齡，但在兩條辮子的襯托下，如“姐姐”般年輕。她和藹可親，一點也沒有總經理的架子。在採訪中，我們知道了趙光晉剛進雙合成時的艱辛以及她是怎樣通過一次次創新將雙合成從一個小店發展成如今規模的現代化企業。同時，我們瞭解到雙合成的理念是“安全和放心，讓全世界人吃上雙合成的產品”。“辮子姐姐”趙光晉用自己的頭像做Logo是自己為自己的產品代言，讓全世界明白雙合成是腳踏實地，一步一個腳印幹出來的！“辮子姐姐”還給我講了很多她的經驗和見解，如“只有思想創新，才會行動上創新”、“積薄德是厚德”、“一個‘幹’字讓雙合成有了今天的成就” ……讓我們受益匪淺。
