有些患者,刚放了一两个支架就担心得不行,整天卧床“静养”。我就带他们来参观我们的康复训练场所——有很多80多岁高龄的心血管疾病患者在那里锻炼,患者看了后,从此天天腿脚不停、四处游览观光。因此,对于这类患者,医生要通过科学的评估手段,给予他们开展运动的信心,动员他们养成主动健康的生活方式。当然,运动治疗的目的是将患者从水里拉到岸上,而体育的目的则是让健康人在岸上“更高、更快、更强”。因此,运动治疗的安全性就显得尤为重要。临床工作中,有些患者只做了一组动作,肩关节就拉伤了——这是由于医生没有对患者的运动素质进行充分的评估。运动治疗既要为患者的心脏带来刺激,又要避免因运动给患者造成额外的损害。运动前只有经过缜密的评估,形成治疗方案,才能把握好其中的“火候”。在实践中,我们通过“心肺运动试验”采集数据,制定出安全的运动处方,科学准确地指导患者的体能运动保健和运动爱好者的安全训练以及体能的提升。

In fact, almost all cardiovascular diseases can be treated by exercise, and all patients with cardiovascular diseases should do moderate exercise training.It can be said that exercise therapy and drug therapy are equally important in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

However, exercise is also a "double-edged sword", excessive exercise will also bring harm to cardiovascular health.
