每一天，我的生命都变得越来越轻松，这是因为我听从真我的指引而不是假我的控制。现在我知道发生在我生命里的都符合我的最佳利益。这份觉知让我很容易信任我的兄弟姐妹，而且这份信任随着时间与日俱增。今天和每-天，我期待着，并知道出现在我生命中的一切都是对我最好的。

SHOWS UP IN MY LIFE
Every day my life becomes more effortless. This is because I have replaced the control of ego with the guidance of Spirit. Now I knowthat only what represents my best interest shows up in my life. This Knowledge makes it easy for me to trust my sisters and brothers,this trust is growing by the hour. Today and every day, 1 look forward to my lite, knowing that only what is best for me will show up.
