3月18日0-24時，海南省報告新型冠狀病毒肺炎新增確診病例0例，新增重症病例0例，新增死亡病例0例，新增出院0例。
截至3月18日24時，海南省累計報告新型冠狀病毒肺炎確診病例168例，重症病例0例，死亡病例6例，出院病例161例。確診病例中，海口市39例、三亞市54例、儋州市15例、文昌市3例、瓊海市6例、萬寧市13例、東市3例、澄邁縣9例、臨高縣6例、昌江縣7例、陵水縣4例、定安縣3例、保亭縣3例、樂東縣2例、瓊中縣1例。
截至3月18日24時，追蹤到密切接觸者6435人，已解除醫學觀察6341人，尚有94人正在接受集中醫學觀察。
Between 00:00 and 24:00, March 18, the following were newly reported by Hainan:
a) 0 confirmed case；
b) 0 severe case;
c) 0 fatal case; and
d) 0 cured and discharged case.
As of 24:00, March 18, Hainan had reported:
a) 168 confirmed cases;
b) 0 severe case;
c) 6 fatal cases; and
d) 161 cured and discharged cases.
Of the confirmed cases, 39 were in Haikou city, 54 in Sanya city, 15 in Danzhou city, 3 in Wenchang city, 6 in Qionghai city, 13 in Wanning city, 3 in Dongfang city, 9 in Chengmai county, 6 in Lingao county, 7 in Changjiang county, 4 in Lingshui county, 3 in Ding’an county, 3 in Baoting county, 2 in Ledong county, 1 in Qiongzhong county.
As of 24:00, March 18, 6435 close contacts were traced, 6341 were released from medical observation and 94 were under medical observation.

Updates on Cases in Lingshui
截至3月19日0時，陵水縣累計報告確診病例4例，出院病例4例。累計確診病例中，英州鎮4例。
截至3月19日8時，追蹤到密切接觸者108人，已解除醫學觀察96人，尚有12人正在接受集中醫學觀察。
As of 00:00, March 19, Lingshui county had reported:
a) 4 confirmed cases; and
b) 4 cured and discharged cases.
Of the confirmed cases, 4 were in Yingzhou town.
As of 08:00, March 19, 108 close contacts were traced, 96 were released from medical observation and 12 were under medical observation.
