Bartholomeus Breenbergh 1598 - 1657
根據荷蘭藝術史學院（RKD）的報道，Breenbergh出生於荷蘭的Deventer鎮，1607年他父親去世後，與家人其他人一起搬家，可能到了Hoorn。
在那裡，他是Jacques Waben的當代人，可能接受了他的第一次訓練，雖然他的第一任老師現在應該是“1610年代被許多被遺忘的阿姆斯特丹風景畫家之一”。
他的註冊教師是Pieter Lastman和Jacob Symonsz Pynas。
