• 基本用法

used to意為“過去常常，過去是”，其後跟動詞原形，表示過去存在的某種狀態或過去某種經常性、習慣性的行為或動作，並意味著這種情況目前已不復存在，側重於過去與現在的對比。used無人稱和時態的變化。

We used to go there every year.

我們以往每年都去那裡。
