Tom has sticky fingers.
have sticky fingers意思是to have a tendency to steal.
The clerk—who had sticky fingers—got fired.
You'd better not leave any cash around; she's known for her sticky fingers.
咱們再來學一個習語:lay a finger on sb
這也不是單純地把手指放在別人身上,而是touch sb with the intention of hurting them physically即“碰觸,動……
If you so much as lay a finger on my son again, I'm calling the cops.
你也可以說lay a finger on sth.
You'd better not lay a finger on those documents!
