接待客戶進行工廠參觀，我們需要做一些準備工作。例如去酒店接送客戶的安排、用餐安排、工廠廠房是否整潔、陪同參觀的人員是否到位、公司的樣板間是否已經把所有的產品都調試到了隨時可以展示功能的狀態、向客戶介紹公司時用的PPT是否已經準備好。
還有很重要的一點，就是自己心理上的準備，你要預估客戶此次參觀可能會提出的問題並想好如何回答，例如工廠的質量控制流程、公司的營業額、產品的價格、售後服務、付款條款、交貨期，等等，千萬不要等到客戶提出問題後你卻不知所措。
以下列舉一個接待客戶參觀工廠時的情景對話。

From Floor Two to Floor Four are used for production. Floor Five is used for QA tests.

Floor One is a warehouse for finished products. The injection machines are also in this floor. All raw materials for production are kept in Floor Six.

Well, that's reasonable. How many workers are there in your factory？

It's around one hundred.

Well, it depends. Sometimes two and sometimes three shifts per day.

What about the average delivery time of your products?

It's usually around 7 to 10 workdays for standard products. But for OEM or ODM orders, we need around twenty workdays.

To be honest, your delivery time is a little bit long.

I agree with you. That's why we are recruiting workers recently. I believe delivery time could be shortened in the near future.

Yes. We have five injection machines together. The workers in injection department have three shifts. So we can completely supply all the plastic cases by ourselves.

What about the toolings?

We don't produce toolings. All the tools are purchased. But all our products have private toolings. We design every model by ourselves. You could never buy the exactly same product from other suppliers in the market.
