中國泳協：孫楊禁賽？不符合事實
今天大家都被孫楊刷屏了吧。外媒稱孫楊或面臨終身禁賽，但是很快被多方打臉。

The Chinese Swimming Association (CSA) on Sunday slammed British newspaper the Sunday Times calling a report that Chinese swimmer Sun Yang would face a lifetime ban after a clash with anti-doping testers last year “fake news”.
中國游泳協會週日發佈聲明怒斥英國《星期日泰晤士報》對孫楊的惡意虛假報道。該報於週日發表文章稱孫楊在與反興奮劑檢測人員發生衝突後會面臨終生禁賽的下場。

這個報道很快遭到官方打臉。中國游泳協會在回應報道時表示，報道中提到的檢查是非法和無效的。
The CSA issued a statement on Sunday saying that the clash was due to the failure of testers from the International Doping Tests & Management（IDTM） to provide official identification that Sun Yang avoided participating in doping testing in September 2018.
中國游泳協會在聲明中表示由於來自國際興奮劑檢查管理公司的檢察人員無法出示相關授權證書，導致本次檢查無法完成。

The International Swimming Federation (FINA) have already announced the test was invalid and void and Sun Yang did not commit an anti-doping rule violation, according to the CSA statement.
根據中國游泳協會的聲明，國際泳聯反興奮劑委員會已經明確這次檢查是無效的。
孫楊的委託代理律師張起淮表示或將起訴《星期日泰晤士報》
Zhang Qihuai, Sun’s attorney from Beijing-based Lan Peng Law Firm, told the Global Times on Sunday that they would file a lawsuit against the Sunday Times if the latter did not apologize and redact the article on Sunday that said Sun would likely face punishment by FINA in the form of a lifetime competition ban after a “clash” with IDTM testers in September 2018.
孫楊的委託代理律師張起淮於週日告訴《環球時報》他將發一份律師函給《星期日泰晤士報》，要求其進行道歉並撤銷關於孫楊虛假報道的文章，否則會對其發起訴訟。
The Sunday Times failed to mention the FINA announcement on the case.
《星期日泰晤士報》在文章中並沒有提到國際泳聯對此案件的裁決結果。

“The Sunday Times maliciously to report the incident, which seriously violates Sun Yang’s right to privacy and his reputation,” Zhang said.
“《星期日泰晤士報》選擇在此時間惡意報道此事，居心叵測，且已嚴重侵犯了孫楊的隱私權和名譽權。”
According to the Sunday Times, IDTM testers came to Sun Yang’s home in East China’s Zhejiang Province for an out-of-competition doping test on September 4, 2018.
根據《星期日泰晤士報》，國際興奮劑檢查管理公司的檢察人員於2018年9月4號來到孫楊浙江省的家中進行賽外興奮劑檢測。
Sun refused to cooperate with the testing as the testers could not provide official identification. The two sides then ended up in a clash with Sun’s security guard using a hammer to destroy Sun’s blood sample, according to the Sunday Times.
根據《星期日泰晤士報》由於測試人員無法提供真實的身份證明，孫楊拒絕合作進行測試。 孫楊的保安人員使用錘子毀掉孫楊的血液樣本，結果雙方發生了衝突。
But according to Zhang, Sun had drawn blood in cooperation with the testers work without any violent conflicts between them. The blood sample is still being preserved by Sun’s team doctor, Zhang said.
但據張起淮說，孫楊積極配合工作人員抽血，沒有任何暴力衝突，血液樣本仍由孫楊的團隊醫生保存。
