出国留学，读会计还是读金融呢？

课程结构
其实，会计与金融的主要区别在于，会计的关注点相对狭窄，而金融则是范围广泛的，涵盖了商业、经济和银行业等领域的一系列专业化的知识。金融专业的学生可能会更加注重金融策略和管控，而会计专业的学生则更加关注专业的原则和过程。

职业潜力和就业方向
会计和金融工作都离不开企业的财务报表，会计会解释最后大表的每个条目隐藏的信息是什么，而金融则是根据这些信息制定产品，评估公司的盈利能力和风险。

会计和金融专业毕业生非常抢手，雇主的需求几乎没有放缓的迹象。在美国，美国劳动统计局预测，在截至2026年的10年里，会计师和审计师的就业机会将增长10%，而金融分析师的就业机会预计将在这段时间内增长11个百分点。

就业薪资
NACE（全美大学和雇主协会）在一份对美国毕业生收入最高的商科专业的分析报告中指出，美国会计专业毕业生的起薪平均为54,838美元，而金融专业的毕业生的工资则略高于55,609美元。

申请要求
对比金融和会计这两个专业，其实对申请者的本科背景都有一定的要求，但是相对来讲，会计的要求更严格，尤其是在Top 50院校的会计项目中，绝大部分都会要求申请者是会计、金融、或其他商科背景，至少要修过几门基础的会计课程，比如财务会计、管理会计、宏微观经济学。
从各个院校的录取数据可以看出，每年录取的学生专业背景，理工科背景的占比不会超过10%，有的甚至连5%都不到。
一般申请条件：
金融：GPA：3.2+；IBT: 90+; GMAT: 680+，学校活动，实习，与专业相关的学术论文及研究经历等。
会计：GPA3.0+; IBT：90+；GMAT 650+。一般录取时要求学生有相关的会计方面的先修课程，名校要求会更高。

录取案例
最后，建议大家早早规划，早做准备。除了G/T成绩和GPA，大学本科期间多去参加一些相关的课外活动和商业竞赛等，利用寒暑假寻找含金量高的专业实习等，可以给自己增加竞争力！
