基地概況
SITE SUMMARY
福地福人居，福人居福地，禹洲-滿江墅的獨特之處則是，它立足於福州的最後一塊內湖外江資源寶地。藏風聚氣，得水為上，可稱福地洞天。
The unique feature of Yuzhou Manjiang Villa is that it is the last treasure land of inner lake and outer river resources in Fuzhou. The wind gathers air, and the water . It can be called a paradise.

基地位於福州倉山區三江口組團，該區域水資源豐富，設計包含部分已建成區域改造，力求在不影響其原有土建的基礎上，營造本項目的主題亮點。
The site is located in Sanjiangkou of Cangshan District, Fuzhou. It includes a part of renovation project and a part of new project. We strive to implement our plan based on the original construction and to create the exclusive highlights.

《詩格》中談物境一詞：“欲為山水詩，則張泉石雲峰之境極麗豔秀者，神之於心，處身於境……”，設計借王希孟唯一存世名作——《千里江山圖》盛景，構建此次江山如畫之物境。
This project is inspired by Wang Ximeng's masterpiece "Thousands miles of mountains and rivers" and constructs the scenery of the river and mountain to demonstrate Yuzhou Manjiang Villa's value as a waterscape villa.

總體設計
MASTER PLAN
設計分為兩個部分。
前場設計提取《千里江山圖》群山畫面，構建多樣創新的山形構築物，拔地而起的主峰、延綿起伏的背景山巒，共同成為貫穿場地的精神IP，寓意可品人生繁華百態。
This project is divided into two main parts.
The front court inspires by the drawing "Thousands miles of mountains and rivers" , it means various of life in the world.
▼概念提取 Concept Extraction
“三重門”銜接前場和後場，設計形式來自古人對“門”的獨到詮釋，象徵地位與成就。後場為別墅區的入戶，以石、鹿、茶為主題，闡述其美好寓意。
The back court and the front court are connected by “Triple Gates” , which makes the front and back collide and blend. The backyard is the entrance part of the villa area, with the theme of stone, deer and tea respectively, representing various resources and beautiful meanings of Fuzhou.

在狹長的350m車行流線上，佈置“躍然於眼前”、“四面攬湖光”、“彷彿若有光”前三景。展示區人行流線利用空間的曲折變幻，塑造“三重門”、及“石隱苑”、“鹿隱苑”、“茶隱苑”後三景。共同構成了本次設計的展示流線。
This project own a 350m streamline which is a narrow and long driveway. The “Triple Gates” and six views constitute the main display streamline of this design.

前場方案設計
FRONT COURT DESIGN
「躍然於眼前」
入口設計精煉《千里江山圖》山形關係，以幾百根弧形不鏽鋼杆件組合打造線狀山形，以白青藍三色，還原圖畫所用稀缺礦彩：千年硨磲、石綠寶石、石青寶石色彩，構成躍然於眼前的恢宏起筆。
The entrance design refines the relationships among mountains in the "A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains ".We use hundreds of curved steel rods to create linear mountain-shaped combination. The three colors of white, green and blue are used to restore the mineral colors used in the painting. Using of the color from gemstones constitutes a magnificent starting at the gate entrance area.

「四面攬湖光」
從入口的恢宏漸漸迴歸靜謐，湖岸打造生態休閒區，設置濱水漫步道、觀景平臺，植物以水杉林結合水生植物為主。湖光、樹影、微風、觀水，享受濱湖生態生活。
Walking into the grand entrance, everything returns to silence. Lake view, tree shadow, breeze, sightseeing, become exclusive enjoyable lakeside lifestyle.

「彷彿若有光」
位於"四面攬湖光"的對岸改造區域，這裡保留了原有的水景基礎，在水景之上用上千鏡面風動葉片組裝, 以群山閃耀姿態作為車行路端景，在300多米的車行入場過程中，彷彿有稀世寶藏，勾起遊者深入探索之心態。
The original waterscape foundation is retained which creates spaces with different light and shadow changes just like the unique treasure that attract people to think more deeply and explore more in depth.

後場
BACK COURT DESIGN
「三重門」
選取福州最大民居-尚書堂五重門樓為典制，設福祿壽三重門樓。同時以數字化點編程，用上萬個水晶鑽石將《千里江山圖》景變成數字圖畫，掩映於三重門上，傳達禹洲-滿江墅恆久遠，永流傳的江湖墅地位。
"Shangshutang" is the largest local house in Fuzhou which has five classical gates built in the yard. In the ancient time gates in China have abundant meanings such as status, good fortune and wealth.

「石隱苑」
福州當地多礦多產石，民間賞石愛好者廣泛，石隱苑以枯山水手法，主石點景，茶座設於一旁，對石景飲第一碗茶為“滌凡塵”：淨手，止語，素身入境，清心滌去凡塵，與自己對話。
There are great amount of folk stone amateur in Fuzhou. "Stone Courtyard" uses the way of "Japanese Rock Garden" , stone is the main feature, and the tea house is set near the stone. The first bowl of tea means "clean up" to clean our hands, keep clam, purify our minds.

「鹿隱苑」
見《明人畫百祿圖》，鹿與祿諧音，天外來水，鹿鳴深澗，寓意福祿自來。鹿隱於林，或為樹，或為花，或自由覓食嬉戲，賞鹿景飲第二碗茶“吐濁氣”：茶感溫潤，喉吻皆潤澤，暫離忙碌煩擾，偷得浮生半日閒。
"People in Ming Dynasty draw the picture of hundred Lu". "Lu"means good fortune in China. "Deer" has the same pronounce with "Lu" in Chinese. Therefore we use deer as a concept to explain "Lu"In the "Deer Courtyard".

「茶隱苑」
福建產茶，鐵觀音、大紅袍、金駿眉皆榜上有名，福人愛飲茶、品茶、以茶會友。寄情山水畫，品一口香茗，第三碗茶為“心放空”：餘留香，此刻入院來，心放空，念擺平，品會每一個當下。
Fujian produces tea. People enjoy to drink tea and appreciate landscape painter. "empty their mind "is the third bowl of tea. It tells people to feel the present and enjoy life.

三重門內世界便是借鑑傳統造園手法，在不到50米的場景內，創造不同的情境轉換。如沈復《浮生六記》中談及造園藝術：“若夫園亭樓閣，套室迴廊，疊石成山，栽花取勢，大中見小，小中見大，虛中有實，實中有虛，或藏或露，或淺或深，不僅在週迴曲折四字也。”
The spaces inside the "Triple gates" uses traditional gardening techniques creating certain different scenes only in a narrow area which is less than 50 meters’ long.
