Guidelines for registration of employers

一、註冊流程

I. Registration Process

1.網上註冊並完善單位資料。

1. The Employer shall register and complete the information online.

2.用人單位網上提交單位信息、上傳所有原件材料後,需由經辦人員攜帶單位註冊信息表原件及所有用人單位材料複印件(並加蓋公章),直接到受理窗口進行實名制登記(系統提交後無需等待審核通過,請直接至受理點窗口審核材料)。

2. After the employer submits the information and uploads all original documents online, a handler shall take the original Employer Registration Form and copies of all the employer’s documents (stamped with the official seal) for real-name registration at the reception window (without waiting for approval upon submission to the system).

5、填寫經辦人信息

5. Fill-in of Handler Information

附件上傳完成後,填寫經辦人信息,增加經辦人後點擊“提交審核”按鈕,經辦人應為用人單位員工。只有當頁面顯示“保存成功”才表示此經辦人信息已經添加入賬戶。

After the attachments are uploaded, please fill in the information of the handler, who shall be staff of the employer, and then click the “Submit for Review” button. Only when “Saved” is shown does the information of the handler have been added to the account.

單位審核通過後,用人單位可以辦理正常的相關業務,未審核通過的用人單位不能辦理相關業務。

The employers approved can normally handle relevant business, while those not approved cannot.
