到达
arrive vi. 正式用语。常指使用某种工具到达某地。到达大的地方一般用arrive in，如arrive in Shanghai；到达小地方一般用arrive at，如arrive at the bus station.如果没有表示要到达的地方，则后面不带in或at。

reach vt. 正式用语。它的宾语除了是表达地点的名词之外，还可以是表示人或事物的名词。

composition n."作文"，指习作，主要指学生在学校练习的文章。

at prep."在···旁边"，指有目的的接近,一般表示动态。

They are sitting at their desks.(目的是看书学习)
beside prep. 指偶然靠近，可表示动态或静态。
The old team leader waits for them beside the vegetable fields.

by prep. 和nearby可通用，与beside可互换，也指偶然靠近或空间接近，距离很近，可能接触。可表示静态或动态。

near prep. "在···附近" 指离某人或某地较近，表示位置靠近，但有一定距离，不接触。
