One stone, two birds
一石，二鸟
Now this is when you accomplish two goals，With one action
就是你做了一件事而，完成两个目标
So, for example
比如说
Last night, I made dinner
昨晚，我做了晚饭
So that made my wife happy
我老婆很高兴
And I had something to eat
我也有东西吃
So I killed two birds with one stone
所以我一石二鸟

Face the music
面对现实
Now this is when you have to face the reality of your actions

So you have to face the consequences of it

For example
例如
Ughhhh, I failed the test

So now I have to face the music and tell my mom
