中國律師：以和為貴，培育新機制生長根基。
中國古代老子提出“萬物負陰而抱陽，衝氣以為和”，孟子在繼承孔子“和為貴”的基礎上，提出“天時不如地利，地利不如人和”，墨子倡導構建“兼相愛，交相利”的社會關係等等，這些都是構建中國和諧社會的思想根基，也是中國人的自然遵循。英國著名哲學家波特蘭·羅素在《中國問題》一書中曾講到：“中國至高無上的倫理品質中的一些東西，現代世界極為需要，這些品質中我認為和氣是第一位的”，“我相信，他們是世界上惟一真正篤信智慧比紅寶石更寶貴的人民”，“我希望能夠期望中國人給我們一些寬容的美德、深沉平和的心靈，以回報我們給他們的科學知識”。中國政府所積極倡導的“一帶一路”建設，兼具了國內發展與國際合作，是富有中國文化和中國風格的共贏戰略，是為了實現命運共同體、利益共同體和責任共同體的偉大設想。各國及企業在共建共榮的過程中，堅持“以和為貴”不僅可以有效避免一些風險的產生，也有益於矛盾的化解，正所謂“中和有財，樂以養人”，在“和”與“樂”的氛圍中彼此之間才能實現和諧發展。
To Cultivate the Growth Foundation of New Mechanism with the Idea of Harmony is Prized
In ancient China, Laozi put forward that Everything is back to the Yin and facing the sun, and in the mutual agitation to Yin and Yang, a new harmony body is formed. Mencius in succession based on the "harmony is prized" of Confucius put forward that the favorable time and the climate are not as good as the advantageous terrain, and the advantageous terrain is not as good as the heart of unity. Mozi advocated the construction of the social relationship of impartial love and mutual benefit. These are the ideological foundation of building a harmonious society in China, and the basic principles of Chinese people.Portland Russell, a famous British philosopher once wrote in the book The problem of China :“ the modern world desperately needs some of the most important ethical qualities of China, in which I consider that harmony ranking the first. I believe they are the only people in the world who truly believe that wisdom is more valuable than rubies, and I hope to be able to expect the Chinese to give us some kind of tolerant virtue, a deep and peaceful mind, in return for the scientific knowledge we gave them.”The construction of the Belt and Road Initiatives is actively advocated by Chinese government, which combines domestic development with international cooperation. It is a win-win strategy with Chinese culture and style. It is also a great idea to set up a community of shared-future, benefit and responsibility.In the processing of common construction and prosperity, countries and enterprises could uphold the idea Harmony is prized. It not only some risks be avoided effectively, but also beneficial to the conflict resolution. That is so-called the wealth is the product of the harmony between heaven and earth which is shared by all mankind. Harmonious development can only be achieved in the atmosphere of harmony and sharing.
