根據此前財報顯示，萬寶盛華2019財年全年營收下降5.1％，為208.6億美元；而萬寶盛華在2020年1月發佈的財報顯示，按固定匯率計算，該指數下跌了0.9％。
僅以美國為例，按類型細分，人才服務和臨時用工營收在2019年下降0.6％至25.1億美元。美國的長期用工營收增長了5.5％，達到9,800萬美元，基於結果的解決方案和諮詢業務營收增長了0.9％，達到9,800萬美元。
MANPOWERGROUP ANNUAL REPORT: LABOR MARKET STRENGTH TO CONTINUE, BUT NOT EVENLY DISTRIBUTED

(NYSE: MAN) released its annual report on Friday and said that 2019 proved a challenging year, but it’s positioned for revenue growth moving forward. Among the information included in the report, ManpowerGroup said it expects the overall strength of the labor market to continue - although that strength will not be evenly distributed across regions and geographies - amid ongoing shortages of talent and changing client skill needs.
The company also noted potential progress on global trade agreements in the early part of this year but cautioned that instability caused by trade policies may continue to impact its business for a period of time, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
Still, “if consumer confidence remains at high levels, supported by low unemployment levels in many of our key countries, we expect our outlook will be stable over the coming several quarters,” the company said in its annual report.
Revenue for the full year at ManpowerGroup was down 5.1% in 2019 to $20.86 billion; when measured on a constant currency basis, it was down 0.9%, the company had announced in its earnings released last month.
Looking at just the US, and breaking down the revenue by type, staffing and interim placement revenue was down 0.6% in 2019 to $2.51 billion. US perm placement revenue rose 5.5% to $98.0 million, and “outcome-based solutions and consulting” revenue rose by 0.9% to $98.0 million.
