1. blush脸红flush 发红、发烫
blush：侧重指羞愧而脸红。flush：脸红，就是简单的生理反应。
He's a blush because he had to eat.

She flushed with anger.

2. blunt 钝的，不锋利的¹直接的、直言的²（情感、感觉、需求）减弱³
The knife is blunt.
刀钝了。
She is blunt about her personal life

3. alleviate减弱 alienate疏远
