2018年3月29日，由我司70528鑽井隊承擔的新疆油田漠北902井現場機器轟鳴，正式開鑽。
一年之際在於春，為助力新疆油田上產，我司組織了最優質的設備和資源投身到新疆油田的勘探開發的“春雷行動”中。作為保障新疆油田穩產的先鋒軍，我司牢固樹立效率和效益意識，把強化生產運行保障油田生產作為頭等大事，努力打響今年服務保障油田油氣生產攻堅戰。
鑽機啟用前調試安裝工作時間緊任務重，加之春節前是新疆油田最寒冷的季節，最低氣溫一度逼近零下30度，然而我司員工不畏嚴寒，在新疆油田負責人指導以及鑽機廠商寶雞機械廠的配合下，嚴格按照《冬季操作規程》做好鑽機調試工作，確保人員和設備安全。期間克服了低溫給鑽機液壓和氣路等系統的影響、設備聯調點多面廣等諸多不利因素。
開鑽籌備階段，我司多次邀請甲方新疆油田和鑽機廠商開展鑽前研討會，科學安排工作流程，強化把控關鍵節點，做到精細籌備，力求高效實施。最終我司嚴格按新疆油田的《鑽井隊開鑽驗收檢查表》要求，順利完成了開鑽前的各項驗收工作。
漠北902井的開鑽標誌著我司正式邁入新疆油田鑽井服務市場。
Mobei 903 well in Xinjiang Oilfield Spud-in in this Spring
On March 29, 2018, our 70528 drilling team officially started drilling the Mobei 903 well in Xinjiang Oilfield. During spring, in order to help the production of Xinjiang oil fields, our company organized the best equipments and resources to participate in the “Chunlei Action” of Xinjiang oilfield exploration and development.
Before the commissioning of the rig, the installation time was very short. Plus, before the Spring Festival, it was the coldest season in Xinjiang Oilfield. The minimum temperature was approaching minus 30 degrees once. However, our employees were not hindered by the weather. They were instructed by the Xinjiang Oilfield and cooperated with the rig manufacturer Baoji Machinery Factory. Under the "Winter Operation Procedure", the drilling rig is commissioned to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. During the period, it is important to overcome the adverse effects of low temperature on the hydraulic and pneumatic systems of drilling rigs, equipment, and other unfavorable factors.
In the preparatory phase of drilling, our company repeatedly invited Party A Xinjiang Oilfield and drilling rig manufacturers to carry out pre-drilling seminars, scientifically arrange work processes, strengthen control of key nodes, and make careful preparations to strive for efficient implementation.
Our company strictly complied with the requirements of the "Drill Team Inspection and Inspection Checklist for Open Drilling" of Xinjiang Oilfield, and successfully completed the various inspection and acceptance work before drilling.
The drilling of the Mobei 902 well marked the formal entry of the company into the drilling service market in Xinjiang oilfields.
