Synaptics指紋傳感器拆解與逆向分析
這款Synaptics指紋傳感器基於光學識別原理，尺寸為6.46 mm x 9.09 mm，採用不鏽鋼支架和兩層柔性印刷電路，可以集成於顯示屏下。其中的圖像傳感器與玻璃基板（集成濾波片）組裝在一起。
這款光學指紋傳感器中的圖像傳感器分辨率為30625像素，像素密度為777ppi。指紋識別模組光源由OLED顯示屏提供，並在傳感器芯片上沉積了準直器層。該準直器層由有機、金屬和硅組成。傳感器芯片採用CMOS工藝，通過引線鍵合方式連接到柔性印刷電路板。
本報告最後還把Synaptics光學指紋傳感器與華為最新手機使用的FPC1268指紋傳感器進行對比分析。
