Synaptics指纹传感器拆解与逆向分析
这款Synaptics指纹传感器基于光学识别原理，尺寸为6.46 mm x 9.09 mm，采用不锈钢支架和两层柔性印刷电路，可以集成于显示屏下。其中的图像传感器与玻璃基板（集成滤波片）组装在一起。
这款光学指纹传感器中的图像传感器分辨率为30625像素，像素密度为777ppi。指纹识别模组光源由OLED显示屏提供，并在传感器芯片上沉积了准直器层。该准直器层由有机、金属和硅组成。传感器芯片采用CMOS工艺，通过引线键合方式连接到柔性印刷电路板。
