體育東路作為廣州繁華街道之一，不僅得益於鄰近的商業大廈，也因為人們對周邊事物有更高的要求。即便是我們談論一種美食，也不僅限於談論它的色香味，更在意它所代表的態度與生活追求。人們將精神寄託於美食之上，是追求生活意義的一種折射。
As one of the busy streets in guangzhou，east sports road not only benefits from the adjacent commercial buildings，but also people have higher requirements on surrounding things. When we talk about a kind of food，we are not limited to its color and fragrance，but more concerned about its attitude and pursuit of life.People put their spirit on food，is a reflection of the pursuit of the meaningful life.
這是一家區別於任何一家水餃店的水餃店；它態度鮮明——優先服務讀書人；它特立獨行——二十四小時不打烊；它果敢有趣——晚上九點變身成夜店；它頑皮生動——拒售韭菜餃子。還說”喜喜水餃”，就是”洗洗睡覺”。
This is a dumpling restaurant unlike any other；It has a clear attitude – priority to serve the reader；It was unique — it didn’t close for twenty-four hours；It was determined and fun — it turned into a nightclub at 9 p.m. It is naughty and lively — refuse to sell leek dumplings. And said “washing sleep” is “xi xi dumplings”homophonic.
水餃作為接地氣的大眾主食，用出巧的設計，融入時尚的主流元素，跳脫出大眾的“固有形象”，打造具有反差感的水餃店，也是商業的一種手段。本案設計利用水泥、金屬、線燈，這幾種簡單的基本元素，妥妥的勾勒出工業風的水餃店。
As a staple food for the public，dumpling restaurant with a sense of contrast design which the mainstream elements of fashion are integrated to jump out of the “inherent image”of the public，are also a means of business. In this case，designer uses simple basic elements，such as cement， metal，line lights，to properly outline the industrial style space.
文藝吧檯
從一進門開始，左側便是長方形吧檯，使得視覺被拉長，空間被放大。花紋大理石上擺著琳琅滿目的酒瓶，真是把熱鬧給湊活了。不經粉飾的水泥灰背景牆，一方面它是給空間的留白，即便是顏色各異的書籍框在牆面，也獨顯味道；另一方面，在酒與霓虹燈交織下，它保持著理智和清醒，直面現實的孤獨與追求。在燈光投映下，黑色大理石透視著一晃一蕩的微醺臉孔，看不出情緒，恰有正中其懷之意。坐在高腳凳上，人們搖晃著酒杯，不由地想起這首詩——
From the first door, the left is a rectangular bar, so that the vision is elongated, the space is enlarged. The flowered marble was full of wine bottles, which really added to the excitement.The cement ash setting wall that does not pass whitewash, on the one hand it is the left white that gives a space, although the book frame with different color is in metope, also show alone flavour; On the other hand, in the wine and neon light interweave, it keeps the reason and sober, facing the reality of loneliness and pursuit. Under the lamplight reflection, black marble see-through a small drunk face, not to see the mood, just in the middle of its mind. Sitting on high stools, people shook their glasses and couldn’t help thinking of the poem——
我是天空裡的一片雲，偶爾投影在你的波心，你不必訝異，更無須歡喜，在轉瞬間消滅了蹤影。你我相逢在黑夜的海上，你有你的，我有我的，方向；你記得也好，最好你忘掉，在這交會時互放的光亮！

徐志摩把人生偶然的相逢相遇的感情凝聚在一首詩上，情意溢於言外，像一杯酒下肚，想說的都在酒裡，人生終究是場過眼雲煙。
Xu zhimo put the accidental encounter of life in a poem on the feelings，feelings over the words，like a glass of wine，want to say all in the wine，life is after all a passing sight.
書牆下的卡座
在另一邊，是用書堆砌而成的牆。人們伴著書香吃餃子，也可點上一支精釀啤酒小酌。抬眼可見的文學海報，加重藝術氛圍，使得空間呈現不羈且自由的情調。
On the other side was a wall of books. Dumplings are eaten with the aroma of books and a craft beer is served.The literature poster that can be seen on the head，accentuate artistic atmosphere，make the space present unruly and free emotional appeal.
通往書店的門
餃子店與書店是相通的，只需要跨過這一扇門就可以挪步到書店了。樓上書店養心，樓下水餃養身，同樣24小時營業，目的是同時滿足人們在精神與生理上的需求。有人說，餃子店是不羈公子哥，書店是文藝女青年，兩者結合在一起，特別有看頭。
The dumpling restaurant is connected to the bookstore，you only need to cross this door to move to the bookstore.The upstairs bookstore nourishes the heart，and the downstairs dumplings nourish the body. They are open 24 hours a day to meet people‘s mental and physical needs at the same time.Some people say that the dumpling restaurant is an unruly younger brother，and the bookstore is a young literary girl.They are combined，and it is particularly interesting.
水餃店縱圖
喬布斯採訪時曾說：“生活不應該只是父母過的那樣……有人寧願當詩人也不願當銀行家”。水餃作為中國的傳統美食，傳承的是中國的美食文化。喜喜水餃一改“小麵館”形式，用工業風的面貌，加入酒元素，將水餃以顛覆性的創新商業模式，從裡到外打造一傢俱有嬉皮士精神的水餃店。在這樣的空間裡，人們可以看到個性的表達，有趣的靈魂，以及對自由的追求。生活不該只有一種形式，水餃店也可以有不同模式。華燈初上，夜色闌珊，不如一起“洗洗睡覺”。
In an interview，Steve jobs said，“life isn‘t just about your parents… Someone would rather be a poet than a banker. As a traditional Chinese food，dumpling inherits Chinese food culture.Xi xi dumplings changed the form of “small noodle shop”，with the appearance of industrial style， adding wine elements，the dumplings with a subversive innovative business model，from the inside out to build a hippie spirit of dumplings restaurant. In such a space，people can see the expression of individuality，the interesting soul，and the pursuit of freedom.Life should not have only one form，dumpling restaurant can also have different patterns. When the lights go up，it is better to go to bed together.
