笔者认为，朝鲜境内没有爆发疫情，与其国内有没有什么特色药材没有任何关系，理由很简单，朝鲜成功切断了病毒入侵，根本就用不到任何药材，所以说，朝鲜境内没有疫情发生，与特色药材之间没有产生联系；
实际上，朝鲜之所以能够做到至今没有确诊病例，很大程度上与朝鲜政府的重视程度有关，比如，朝鲜政府早在1月20日就切断了所有的对外通道，这样一来，朝鲜就能在最大范围上阻断病毒传播通道，降低病毒入侵朝鲜的几率；
另一方面，朝鲜早在1月30日，就宣布进入抗击疫情的紧急状态，不但延长了所有学校的开学时间，还禁止国内所有聚集性活动，针对国内民众的日常卫生情况也做出了规范，要求所有民众在没有特殊情况下不得外出，即使外出时，也要做好必要的防护措施，回家之后立即做到勤洗手；
由此可以看出，朝鲜政府不仅对外切断了海陆空通道，对内，朝鲜也在最大程度上减少人员流动，切断病毒传播通道，再加上，朝鲜本身就是一个内向型经济国家，与外界的经贸往来本身就不多，因此，朝鲜可以真正做到长时间封国，而不会对其造成太大影响，正是由于朝鲜政府快速有效地应对措施，才能使得朝鲜真正避免出现疫情，这与朝鲜有没有特色药材毫无关系。
