早起先刷牙，竖刷三面到，

I Wont go to a crowded place, no matter how good the scenery is
饮食多营养，均衡更不挑，
Balanced nutrition, never picky
抽空常运动，居家蹦蹦跳。
Take time to exercise, jump rope and work out
健康要护好，环境很重要，
The Environment is very important if mankind wants be more healthy
自然要和谐，动物不能少，
Nature can`t be harmonious without animals
各自有家园，不要无事找，
Each has its own home, don’t look for trouble by eating bats
万一疫情到，难觅后悔药。
If disease come, you can`t find the regret medicine
除了戴口罩，洗手要周到，
Unless wearing masks, washing hands carefully
流水加肥皂，双手起泡泡。
Running water and soap, hands more bubbles
只要卫生好，疫情染不到，
You can`t get ill if you have personal hygiene
抗疫小卫士，都夸小康宝。
