In order to respond to COVID-19 outbreak in kindergarten scientifically and effectively, minimize the harm, ensure the health and safety of all teachers and students, ensure the normal education and teaching order in the campus, and promote the development of education and social stability，according to the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Treatment and Emergency Regulations on Public Health Events, combining with the conference spirit of Chaoyang Education Commission's novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic work deployment meeting, we must implement the kindergarten work concretely and practically.
为科学有效地应对幼儿园突发新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情，最大限度地降低危害，确保全体师生身体健康、生命安全，保证园区正常的教育教学秩序，促进教育发展和社会稳定。依据《中华人民共和国防治法》《突发公共卫生事件应急条例》，结合朝阳教委新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情工作部署会的会议精神，具体实际落实幼儿园工作。

Establish a kindergarten epidemic emergency response working group with the principal in charge, and be fully responsible for the kindergarten epidemic response and disposal, and define the responsibilities and tasks of each post, and achieve "early detection, early report, early isolation, early treatment", effectively control the epidemic, and make full effort to protect the health and life safety of all faculty and children.
成立园长负责制的幼儿园疫情应急处置工作小组，全面负责幼儿园疫情应对处置工作，明确各岗的职责和任务，做到“早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗”，有效控制疫情，全力保护好全体教职工、全体幼儿身体健康和生命安全。

Duties/ 职责：
1. Be responsible for the supervision of the emergency response and disposal of the novel coronavirus pneumonia in the campus.
负责本园区新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情应急处置工作的监管。
2. Be responsible for the supervision of daily emergency disposal and collection of emergency response work materials in the campus. The materials include the daily prevention and control ledger provided by the health care doctor and the weekly home life guidance of each class, safety guidance, daily game instructions and screenshots of messages sent to parents which were provided by the education department of the kindergarten.
负责对每日应急处置工作进行监督及园区应急处置工作材料收集，材料包括保健医提供信息的本园区每日防控台账及保教部门提供的各班级每周居家生活指导内容、安全指导内容及每日的游戏指导内容、向家长发送信息的截图。

According to the requirements of the Chaoyang District Education Commission, the reporting of various data and information of the kindergarten is required to be implemented. Master the situation of teachers and students leaving Beijing in advance, pay close attention to the teachers and students who are from or have ever stopped in Hubei, urge them to observe at home, take a temperature measurement every morning and evening and make a record. The children and the staff can not be released from home observation until completing 14-day quarantine from the day that arrived in Beijing on, establish various data ledger, one person one file, and submit the information to the platform before 12:00 every day. Urge other teachers and students to pay attention to their own health, and the leading teachers should do a good job of following up on the health of the children.
根据朝阳区教委要求，落实园所各项数据信息的上报工作。提前掌握师生假期出京情况，对来自或经停湖北的师生要进行重点关注，督促其进行居家观察，每日早晚各测量一次体温并做好记录，从到京当日起幼儿和职工均需满14日隔离可解除居家观察，建立各项数据台账，一人一档案，于每天12点以前进行平台信息报送。督促其他师生关注自身健康状况，班主任老师做好对幼儿健康情况的追访工作。

以多种形式开展健康教育，通过视频、微信群、公众平台、教育活动等对全体教职员工及幼儿，开展新型冠状病毒感染防控知识的培训，培养师生良好卫生习惯，提高防病意识。

加强消毒通风，以通风换气为主，同时严格按照配比对地面、墙壁等物体表面和物品进行预防性消毒。
(1) Public places in the campus

Do the disinfection of public places in the campus. Disinfect public places daily, including public areas, large outdoor toys, corridors, stairs, bathrooms, etc., wipe and disinfect with a chlorine-containing disinfectant and wipe those areas again with clean water 30 minutes later. Make a comprehensive inspection of the epidemic prevention work deployment in place on the before the start of the school and carry out environment disinfection in the campus again and make preparations for school start.
做好园内公共场所的消毒工作，每天对公共场所进行消毒，包括公共区域、大型户外玩具、楼道、楼梯、卫生间等等进行消毒，用含氯消毒液进行擦拭清洁消毒，作用30分钟后用清水擦拭。持续、深入开展环境整治工作，开学前一天，全面检查防疫工作部署到位情况，再次进行园区环境消毒，做好开学准备。
(2) Children’s classroom, special function teaching, office
幼儿班级教室、专用功能教学、办公室

Follow a cleaning-disinfect-cleaning procedure. Class books are sterilized by exposure to sunlight for 6 hours.
提前做好杀菌消毒和通风换气等工作，使用含有效氯浓度为500mg/L的消毒液对室内家具、水杯格、毛巾格、床、幼儿桌椅、书包柜、玩具架、玩具筐以及幼儿能触摸到的物体表面进行擦拭消毒，采用清-消-清的程序进行。班级图书阳光下暴晒6小时消毒。

The staff should eat separately and avoid the rush hour, etc.
严格按照食堂卫生标准要求，在开学前，将厨房的卫生、用具餐具、灶台等全面彻底消毒清洁，设备的调试检查，保证正常运行；根据保健医制定的带量食谱，遵循“用多少买多少”的原则，充分保证食物的新鲜。教职工进行分餐、错峰发放等。

(1) Parents judge whether children can enter the school according to the form issued by the health room and hold 14-day temperature record of children, which should be submitted to the kindergarten health room at the beginning of school.
家长根据保健室下发的表格内容判断幼儿是否可入园。并有幼儿14天体温记录，开学提交幼儿园保健室。
(2) Parents should fill in the health and safety responsibility letter carefully and submit it to the health room without any problems.
家长认真填写健康安全责任书，没问题开学提交至保健室。

Strengthen the entrance and exit management of kindergartens, strictly guard the gate of the kindergarten, adhere to implementing of the temperature monitoring system at the time of admission, and strictly manage the personnel entering the school. During the epidemic prevention and control, parents are not allowed to enter the campus to pick up children, and do not accept visitors in principle. Visitors who must enter the campus under special circumstances must strictly follow the registration process. The gatekeeper and the staff on duty wear masks and ask the visitor for a distance of more than one meter. At the same time the visitors are required to wear masks before entering the campus. Take a temperature of the visitor. Those whose temperature are over 37 degrees are not allowed to enter the campus and the situation should immediately be reported to the principal or the supervisor on duty. For those with normal temperature, disinfect the hands, guide the visitor to register and contact the reception staff.
加强幼儿园出入管理，把严园门关，坚持继续执行入园体温检测制度，严控进园人员管理。疫情防控期间，家长不得进入园所接送孩子，原则上不接待来访人员。如有特殊情况必须进入园所的来访人员，需按照登记流程严格执行，门卫及行政值班人员佩戴口罩，距离一米以上询问来访人员；同时要求来访人员进入园门前佩戴口罩。对来访人进行体温测量，超过37度以上者不得进入园内，并马上报告园长或值班管理人员，对于体温正常者，双手进行消毒，指导来访人员进行登记并联系接待人员。

每日继续对教职员工和幼儿进行晨午晚检，发现有异常情况，如发热、干咳、气促、无力等症状，教职工即刻休岗；及早就医；对于幼儿，应通知其家长领回。做好缺勤管理与追访登记，督促班级教师落实因病缺勤追访工作，保健医及时汇总各班信息，按时上报。

教职工提前到岗，按照保健室要求，做好消毒清洁工作，并指导家长将幼儿被褥及个人用品放到指定位置，做好幼儿入园过渡，帮助幼儿尽快适应日常生活规律，尤其注意正确洗手等卫生习惯的引导和教育，请幼儿结合疫情表达自己的感受和想法，让幼儿知道感恩战胜病情的所有医护和工作人员，学会爱护身边的人。

园区环境--公共区域、活动室、办公室、专业教室，每天早中晚3次对活动室和睡眠室进行开窗通风，每次不少于30分钟，使空气流通，每天使用含有效氯为500mg/L的消毒液对室外玩具、室内家具物品及幼儿能触摸到的物品表面进行擦拭，严格采用清-消-清的程序开展。卫生间使用消毒液对卫生间水龙头、厕所地面、垃圾桶、厕所门等进行擦拭消毒，小便池、马桶含有效氯为500mg/L的消毒液进行消毒，每天用消毒剂擦拭马桶座板和按钮，作用30分钟后，用清水擦拭，并保持盥洗室无污、无臭味，保持地面整洁干燥。

Canteen staff / 食堂工作人员
(1) The inspectors of the canteen do a good job of personal protection during the work and require the delivery staff to take protective measures. Canteen purchase must ask for receipts.
(2) Canteen staff should all hold a valid health certificate before starting to work and should be taken the temperature every morning and evening and complete the registration.
(3) Strict implement the food operation specification. Wear masks throughout the work. Wash hands carefully before eating and after using the bathroom and after contact with garbage.
(4) Strictly guard the food safety: different types of food raw materials should be stored separately, processed separately, cooking process should be separated from raw and cooked and the food should be cooked thoroughly.
(5) Disinfection of tableware: the tableware of children and employees should strictly be sterilized in accordance with requirements. In case of fever of individual children and employees, the tableware should be individually disinfected. Tableware should be sterilized at high temperature in accordance with the National Food Safety Standard General Requirements for Food Contact Materials and Products.
（1）食堂查验人员在工作期间做好个人防护，要求送货人员做好防护措施，食堂进货严格落实索证索票。
（2）应持有有效健康证明上岗，每天早晚测量食堂全体人员体温并做好登记。
（3）严格执行食品操作规范要求，工作全程佩戴口罩。餐前便后、接触垃圾后认真洗手。
（4）严把食品安全关：不同类型的食品原料要分开存储、分开加工，烹饪过程要做到生熟分开，烧熟烧透。
（5）餐具消毒：幼儿餐具和职工餐具严格按照要求消毒。如遇个别幼儿及职工发热情况，要将其餐具进行单独消毒。餐具用品需要按照《食品安全国家标准食品接触材料及制品通用安全要求》进行高温消毒。
