Gabrielle: Well, you might want to try a motel, because you're not coming back in here.

Gabrielle: Obviously a few more.

Carlos: I'm not proud of what I did. I admit I was way out of line.

out of line 不着调,太离谱 形容人则行为不检点,难以接受
way .这里的way就是非常或者很严重的意思
介词短语out of line 前面可以搭配动词如下:
be out of line/get out of line/step out of line

You desreve it. 这句有两种截然不同的含义:
比如完成一个大销售任务，经理给你一大笔奖金，说：
1.褒义：你应得的！实至名归!你值得拥有!“一个人经过自己的努力奋斗获得成绩，别人往往会说:You deserve it.”
'It's your money. You deserve it."“这钱归你，你该拿这个钱。”
2.贬义：你活该！罪有应得！
工作不上心，导致重大失误被解雇，这时：You deserve it. 你活该！
Gabrielle: With your student credit card?

John: I own my own business.

Gabrielle: You mow lawns!

John: I make good money. I have 20 houses and I'm this close to getting the driving range at the country club.
